Four principles
We started LUMEN after too many orders arrived with a purity claim and nothing to support it. These are the rules we wrote in response.
Independence is the point
Our analytical laboratory is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025 and we do not own it. A test we control is not a third-party test.
Reject, do not rebrand
Lots below our purity threshold are destroyed, not discounted into a second-tier line. We publish the rejection rate quarterly.
Cold chain is not optional
Peptides degrade. Every parcel leaves insulated with a temperature logger, so handling is documented rather than assumed.
