Ordering & shipping
Orders placed before 2pm CT on a business day leave the facility the same day. Everything ships insulated with a temperature logger, fully tracked, signature on delivery.
Not currently. Synthesis, testing and fulfilment are all domestic, and we ship within the United States only. This keeps the cold chain short and the documentation trail intact.
Flat $18 cold-chain priority shipping, free on orders over $250. Every parcel is insulated, tracked and requires a signature.
Yes, for approved institutional accounts. Net 30 terms are available at the Institutional wholesale tier and above — apply through the wholesale page.
Purity & documentation
Every batch is run by reverse-phase HPLC at 214nm for purity and by LC-MS for identity confirmation, at an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory that we do not own or control. Endotoxin and heavy metals panels run in parallel.
A per-lot report containing the assay date, purity by HPLC, identity confirmation by LC-MS, endotoxin result, heavy metals panel and storage conditions — plus the raw chromatogram rather than a summary figure. Every vial carries a lot ID that resolves to its certificate in the COA library.
They are rejected outright and destroyed, not discounted or rebranded into a second-tier line. We publish the rejection rate quarterly.
Yes. Every published certificate is in the COA library and searchable by lot number, with no account required.
Handling & research use
Lyophilised material is stable at -20°C for long-term storage and 2-8°C for short-term handling. Protect from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Compound-specific stability data is on each certificate.
Lyophilised powder in sealed vials, under inert atmosphere where the compound requires it. Photosensitive compounds ship in amber glass.
