Returns & Refunds

Unopened, undamaged vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund less shipping, provided cold-chain integrity can be established from the enclosed logger.

For reasons of chain-of-custody and material integrity, opened vials cannot be returned or resold. This is standard practice for reference materials.

If your own analysis materially disagrees with the certificate for a lot, contact us with your method and results. Where we can reproduce the discrepancy we will replace the lot and re-run the assay at our cost.

Report within 72 hours with photographs. Verified damage is replaced at no charge, on the next dispatch run.

Email us with your order number and the lot in question. Do not ship anything back before receiving a return authorisation.
