All compounds are supplied strictly as reference materials for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic application, or any in-vivo use.

You are solely responsible for compliance with all institutional, local, state and federal regulations governing your handling of research chemicals.

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where research use cannot be reasonably established.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

We are not liable for any use of a compound outside the research-use terms above.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our facility is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
