Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 2pm CT on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend, dispatch the next business day.

All orders ship insulated with a temperature logger enclosed. Lyophilised material is stable in transit, but we ship cold so that handling is documented rather than assumed.

Flat-rate cold-chain priority shipping is $18, free on orders over $250. We ship within the United States only; synthesis, testing and fulfilment are all domestic.

Tracking is issued on dispatch and delivery requires a signature. If tracking has not updated within two business days of dispatch, contact us and we will open a trace.

Report any damage, temperature excursion or discrepancy within 72 hours of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and logger. We will replace or refund verified issues.
