Why this page exists
A purity figure printed on a label is a claim. A certificate you can pull up yourself, against the specific batch in front of you, is evidence. The difference is the entire reason LUMEN exists — so it would be strange not to give you somewhere to actually check.
If a lot number does not resolve here, that is worth taking seriously. Stop, and send us a photograph of the label.
